  Join us for the next Houston Blues Society Jam — hosted by the legendary Eric Demmer!

  Saxophone powerhouse Eric Demmer brings his signature blend of high-energy blues, funk, and soul to The Big Easy for an unforgettable night of music and jamming. Known for his decade-long tenure with Clarence “Gatemouth” Brown, and performances alongside B.B. King, Carlos Santana, Buddy Guy, Bonnie Raitt, and more, Eric’s fiery playing and stage presence light up every room he’s in.

  The goal of this Workshop (open for registration) is to demystify the HBC and IBC process and provide insights into how to be successful in the competition and your music career. 

  The Showcase will provide the opportunity to perform in front of qualified judges and an audience and receive valuable feedback, according to IBC guidelines, to help you prepare for the competition this fall.
  

  Open to all Adult and Youth Blues-focused acts. This is a free event.
